Revised Tax filing deadlines for FY 2020-21 for India

As a result of the aggravated second wave of Covid-19 cases in India with the start of 2021, the Government and Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) have extended upfront the time limits for various tax compliances that need to be accomplished by Indian taxpayers for the financial year 2020-21 (i.e., Assessment year 2021-22).  Hopefully, this should grant some respite from the compliances to the taxpayer who is already striving to keep up with the business activity going.  A tabulated summary of the revised tax filing due dates for FY 2020-21 is hereby presented for ease of your reference:
